Abstract

Fusarium oxysporumis one of the fungi that causes soil-borne diseases that are harmful to plants. So it is necessary to inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum by endophytic fungi from karst plants by isolating, antagonism testing by looking at the presentation of inhibition and then conducting microscopic identification. The highest inhibition was found in isolate 4E.B (strong) 58% which was the best isolate in inhibiting the growth of Fusarium oxysporum, while other isolates such as 1E.A, 2A.D and 4B.D had (moderate) inhibition because they were above 30%. While isolates 3A.A and 3C.D were categorized as low (weak) against Fusarium oxysporum with inhibition values of less than 30%. The microscopic characteristics are 1E.A has septate hyphae, transparent, cylindrical and green conidia shape and color. 2A.D has a cylindrical shape and green conidia color, 3A.A is elongated and transparent, 3C.D is chain-like and green, 4B.D has a septal and gray hyphae shape and round conidia shape and gray color, while 4E.B conidia are round and green
