<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze in depth the roles of the board of directors and supervisors in enhancing the effectiveness of cooperative organizational systems. Organizational effectiveness is a crucial pillar for cooperatives to face complex economic competition and digital transformation. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research focuses on a case study of the PC Invest Group Sukabumi Branch. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model.The results indicate that organizational effectiveness heavily relies on the functional synergy between the board of directors and supervisors. The board plays a central role in strategic planning, transparent decision-making, and managing diversified business units. Meanwhile, supervisors perform a check-and-balance function to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize the risk of business failure. Field findings emphasize that professionalism based on industry experience and management transparency are key to rebuilding member trust amidst negative public stigma toward cooperatives. The study concludes that strengthening competency standards and modernizing management are urgent necessities for Indonesian cooperatives to become adaptive, accountable, and sustainable economic institutions.]]>
