<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of the Shafiyyah Community in enhaching altruism through da'wah and social activities in West Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that religious beliefs play a significant role in motivating members of the Shafiyyah Community to engage in various altruistic activities. The spiritual experiences and religious values upheld by this community have been proven to encourage prosocial behavior among its members. Social activities, including support for orphans, scholarships for the underprivileged, disaster relief, and da'wah activities such as religious studies and Quran education, significantly improve the welfare of community members and have a positive impact on the surrounding society. These findings illustrate that activities based on religious beliefs can create changes in attitudes and behaviors that are more caring and empathetic. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of religion in promoting generosity and altruism and provides recommendations for other communities to adopt similar approaches to enhance their social roles. Thus, this research contributes to the literature on the relationship between religion and prosocial behavior and provides practical guidance for the development of community programs focused on enhancing altruism based on religious beliefs.]]>
