This study aims to: (1) Understand the role of the Forum Silaturahmi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Nusa Tenggara in shaping social care character among the youth, (2) Examine the implementation of social care activities conducted by the Forum Silaturahmi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Nusa Tenggara, and (3) Identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the social care activities carried out by the Forum Silaturahmi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Nusa Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed in this study follows Miles and Huberman's analysis, which consists of three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) the Forum Silaturahmi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Nusa Tenggara plays an important role in shaping social care character among the youth by encouraging their participation in social activities, (2) the implementation of social care activities such as fundraising during disasters, humanitarian actions, religious studies, qurban activities, social actions, and training and campaigns relevant to social and religious values involves various parties, including students, the community, and other social organizations, and (3) supporting factors for the successful formation of social care character include the role of family, strong intentions, the environment or peer influence, a sense of responsibility, and peer support, as well as other factors such as increased youth awareness and active participation, while inhibiting factors include negative environmental influences, laziness, lack of awareness, and associating with antisocial individuals.
