<![CDATA[The competitive dynamics of the manufacturing industry compel organizations to continuously modernize their operational systems to maintain efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. In an increasingly challenging business environment, companies are required to implement effective management strategies that can reduce waste, improve production processes, and optimize resource utilization. The implementation of the Just in Time (JIT) method has proven effective as a management strategy to minimize inefficiencies and improve overall production workflows through precise inventory control and timely production processes. This research aims to measure the significance of JIT's impact on operational productivity at PT TMNC Manufacturing International Ngadirojo. Through a quantitative study involving 97 production unit employees as respondents, data were collected using saturated sampling techniques to ensure the validity and accuracy of the research results. Subsequent analysis using simple linear regression indicates that JIT has a positive and significant effect on the improvement of operational performance. The study concludes that strengthening JIT-based production systems is a vital necessity for the company. By consistently optimizing internal governance, production efficiency, and operational management practices, the company can enhance its operational capabilities while maintaining a competitive edge amidst a rapidly changing market environment.]]>
