Significant changes have been brought about in the financial industry by the growth of financial technology, or Fintech, particularly in the patterns of modern society's consumption. The Pay Later or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) digital credit service is one of the more well-liked inventions that enables customers to purchase products and services on credit with a flexible payment method. This study aims to analyze the role of financial socialization, financial behavior, and Pay Later knowledge on Pay Later usage behavior. The object of the research was a student from Semarang City, Central Java, who had used the Pay Later service with 100 respondents who were selected through calculations with the slovin formula, because the population was quite large and was not known for sure. The method used is a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS version 4 analysis. The results of the study showed that financial socialization, financial behavior, and Pay Later knowledge had a significant positive effect on Pay Later usage behavior. This means that the higher the financial socialization, financial behavior, and Pay Later knowledge, the better the behavior of using Pay Later
