Public service is a core function of government in meeting the needs of the community and influencing levels of public satisfaction and trust. This study aims to analyze the quality of public service at the Tarumajaya Subdistrict Office. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis of service quality is based on indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study indicate that the quality of public services at the Tarumajaya Subdistrict Office is generally quite good; however, it does not yet fully meet the indicators of service success. This is due to limitations in human resources, suboptimal facilities and infrastructure, as well as service times that are sometimes not in line with community expectations. Therefore, efforts to improve service quality in a more effective and efficient manner are needed to achieve excellent public services.
