<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the duties and authority of The national strategic project (PSN) is inseparable from the land acquisition process. Juridically, land acquisition for development in the public interest is regulated in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. To be more specific, in the process of implementing land acquisition for development in the public interest or land acquisition, the regulations are contained in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest, and also derivatives of Government Regulation Number 19 of 2021 are also regulated in the Minister of Agrarian Regulation. and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2021 concerning Provisions for Implementing Government Regulation Number 19 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. The land acquisition policy for the benefit of the National Strategic Project has been implemented well, but a new problem has emerged, namely the Legal Norm Complex between the Supreme Court Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Submitting Objections and Safekeeping of Compensation with the District Court in Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest With the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 139/PMK.06/2020 concerning Procedures for Funding Land Acquisition for National Strategic Projects by the State Asset Management Agency (LMAN), which regulates Funding sourced from the state budget.]]>
