Regional development will be closely tied to the pattern of community activities in carrying out daily activities. The area will grow rapidly if the area becomes the center of activity for the majority of the community around the area. Activities carried out by the community automatically form an agglomeration area. However, on the other hand, this agglomeration area can be created by building infrastructure networks and activity centers. Based on the search, the term agglomeration area can be interpreted as an urban or district area that is interconnected in a unified region. The characteristics of the Grobogan Regency area differ between the western and eastern regions. The western region has the characteristics of wetland agriculture with technical irrigation, while the eastern region is more dominated by dry land or rain-fed agriculture. For the northern and southern regions, the characteristics are almost the same, namely the hilly region.
