The Ministry of Health defines Stunting as a condition where a toddler has a length or height that is less than his age. This condition is measured by a length or height that is more than minus two standard deviations of the median of the WHO child growth standards. Stunting toddlers are included in chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socio-economic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, illness in infants, and lack of nutritional intake in infants
