Although the adoption of the QRIS payment system continues to increase, technical constraints such as limited internet connectivity and low consumer long-term loyalty orientation remain major challenges. In practice, the use of this payment method heavily relies on the level of perceived ease of use, convenience, and direct added value experienced by consumers. This study aims to explore the factors that enhance consumer behavioural intention to use the QRIS payment system in the MSME sector. Furthermore, this research seeks to establish its scope within the region of North Bekasi. A questionnaire-based sampling procedure was employed to collect relevant data. The study was conducted on 175 respondents selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use and the availability of supporting facilities significantly influence the enhancement of consumers' behavioural intention to use the QRIS payment system within the MSME sector in North Bekasi.
