The rapid development of financial technology has significantly increased the use of digital wallets in daily transaction activities. Digital wallets such as DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja offer various features and promotions that attract users. However, the large number of available digital wallet options often makes it difficult for users to determine the most suitable application for their needs. This subjective selection process—lacking clear criteria-based calculations—has created a need for a systematic and objective decision-making tool. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the best digital wallet using the Weight Product (WP) method, based on questionnaire data collected from 23 active digital wallet users in Indonesia. The questionnaire employed a Likert scale of 1 to 5 to measure respondents' assessments of five criteria: ease of use, transaction security, promotions/cashback, admin fees, and feature completeness. The WP method processes decision-making through weight normalization, calculation of vector Si values, and preference values Vi for each alternative. Survey results show that transaction security (mean = 4.30) and ease of use (mean = 4.13) are considered the most important criteria by respondents. The findings reveal that DANA ranks first with the highest preference value of 0.2325, followed by GoPay (0.2126), ShopeePay (0.2053), OVO (0.1899), and LinkAja (0.1598). The WP method is effective in supporting objective and systematic digital wallet selection.
