<![CDATA[The laundry service process at Heka Laundry is still carried out manually, particularly in recording customer data, orders, payments, transactions, and reports using notebooks. This condition can reduce service efficiency, increase the risk of errors or loss of recorded data, and make it difficult to search, manage, and prepare transaction reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based laundry service information system to improve service efficiency and data management at Heka Laundry. The research used a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The system development method used the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System analysis and design were supported by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) to describe data flows and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to describe database structures. The developed system provides features for managing customer data, laundry services, orders, pick-up and delivery services, payments, transactions, and reports. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to verify the functionality of the developed features. The results show that the web-based laundry service information system can support more structured data management, facilitate customer ordering and payment processes, assist administrators in managing transactions and reports, and provide customers with information about their order status. Therefore, the system can support more efficient, effective, and integrated laundry service processes at Heka Laundry.]]>
