<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between the Big Five Personality dimensions and aggressive behavior in coastal adolescents in Lhokseumawe City. This study used a quantitative correlational approach with 385 adolescents aged 13–17 years living in coastal areas as subjects. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measurement instruments used were the Big Five Personality scale from Akhtar and Azwar (2019) and the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ adapted from Budiningsih (2015). The results of data analysis showed a significant relationship between openness to experience, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism with aggressive behavior. However, conscientiousness did not show a significant relationship. These findings suggest that personality plays an important role in aggressive tendencies in coastal adolescents.]]>
