Abstract

This study examines the determinants of business resilience among MSME entrepreneurs with disabilities in Denpasar City, Indonesia by focusing on community support and training, with digital marketing adoption as a mediating variable. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on niche data from 60 disabled entrepreneurs, the results indicate that community support and training significantly enhance business resilience and encourage digital marketing adoption. However, digital marketing adoption does not significantly mediate the relationship between training and business resilience, suggesting a disconnect between digital skill development and its effective application in competitive markets. The findings underscore the importance of social capital and capacity-building interventions in promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and sustainable business resilience among disabled entrepreneurs. This study presents a fresh enquiry to the entrepreneurial conversation, despite data limitation.
