<![CDATA[This study discusses the design of an Oil Leakage automation tool to overcome hydraulic oil leaks in the Actuator Governor of the X Hydroelectric Power Plant . The main problem faced is the emergence of an Actuator Level Oil Drip Tray alarm due to oil leaks, which results in operational disruptions and potential start failures. The research method is carried out through identifying the root cause using a fishbone diagram, analyzing alternative solutions with Decision Matrix Analysis, and implementing an automation system based on a float level switch. The results of the study indicate that the Oil Leakage automation tool is effective in automatically returning leaked oil to the governor sump tank, increasing unit reliability, reducing the number of Service Requests related to oil disturbances, and saving costs of up to IDR 63 million per year. Economically, the analysis results show a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 233 million, a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 26.49, and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 699%, which indicates that the project is very financially feasible.
