This study aims to describe and analyze digital literacy management in improving the quality of student learning at SDN 1 Cianting Utara, Purwakarta Regency. Digital literacy has become an essential competency in the digital transformation era as it supports effective, creative, and innovative learning processes. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research participants consisted of the principal, teachers, and students of SDN 1 Cianting Utara. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that digital literacy management at SDN 1 Cianting Utara is implemented through seven management functions: Known as the POSDCORB concept, it consists of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting, and Budgeting. The implementation of digital literacy has improved the quality of the learning process, students' ability to access and manage information, and the creation of active, creative, and student-centered learning.
