<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on weight loss in mothers in RT.08, Lubuk Tanjung Village, Geria Tanjung Sejatera Housing Complex, Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest. The instrument used to measure body weight is a scale with kilogram units. The population in this study amounted to 20 members, and the sample in this study amounted to 20 members. Information analysis used a t-test with a significance level of five%. The results showed that the results before aerobic exercise were 59.345 and after aerobic exercise was 56.84. From the results before and after being given exercise or treatment, there was a difference of 2,505. The results also showed that there was a significant effect of aerobic exercise on weight loss in members of the Gabhan Jaya Gymnastics Studio in Randudongkal, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the Paired Sample T-Test show a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, with a significance value (2-tailed) of p = 0.000 or <0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
