The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational health and safety programs and compensation. The population and sample of this study consisted of 33 people. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis. The results showed that health program X1 had an effect on employee job satisfaction Y as evidenced by the tcount value of 2,855 > t table 1,692. Occupational safety X2 had an effect on employee job satisfaction Y with a tcount value of 1,754 > ttable 1,692. Compensation X3 had an effect on employee job satisfaction Y with a tcount value of 2,178 < ttable 1,692. Health, safety, and compensation programs had a significant effect. The hypothesis was accepted that Health Program X1 had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Occupational safety X2 had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation X3 had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Health, safety, and compensation programs had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with an Fcount value of 3,900 > ftable 2,922.
