This study aims to analyze the physical fitness level of students participating in pencak silat extracurricular activities in high schools. Physical fitness is an important factor in supporting physical abilities, health, and student performance in sports activities, especially pencak silat which requires strength, endurance, agility, and balance. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects of the study were students participating in pencak silat extracurricular activities in high schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through physical fitness tests covering the components of endurance, strength, speed, and agility using standard test instruments. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques in the form of percentages and categories of physical fitness levels. The results showed that the physical fitness level of students participating in pencak silat extracurricular activities was in the moderate category, with some students in the good category and others in the poor category. These findings indicate that although students are active in pencak silat activities, a more structured and sustainable training program is still needed to improve physical fitness optimally. This study is expected to be an evaluation material for coaches and physical education teachers in designing more effective training programs.
