Research findings show that freedom and responsibility should not be viewed as exclusive choices, but rather as dualities that can complement each other. For example, an analysis of Friedman's view of business freedom as the primary focus of companies, while critical questions are raised regarding social and environmental impacts, illustrates the complexity of the relationship between freedom and responsibility.
