Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pandeglang dengan menggunakan  metode gallery walk ; 2) kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pandeglang menggunakan metode teacher center learning, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan siswa kelas X tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 sebagai populasi. Teknik sampel menggunakan random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 67 siswa. Didapat kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa menggunakan metode gallery walk  berkategori  baik.  Hasil  perhitungan  diperoleh  nilai  Mean  (????̅)  =  76,32, Median (Me) = 79,12, Modus (Mo) = 89,5, nilai Varians (S2) = 61,76 dan Standar Deviasi (S) = 7,90. Sedangkan kemampuan menulis teks anekdot  siswa menggunakan teacher center learning cukup. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh nilai Mean (????̅) = 63,31, Median (Me) = 65,5, dan Modus (Mo) = 72,5, nilai Varians (S2) = 62,3 dan Standar Deviasi (S) = 7,89. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan metode gallery walk terhadap kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pandeglang tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 5,054 > ttabel = 1,998. . Berdasarkan data diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa método pembelajaran gallery walk dinyatakan baik, sedangkan model pembelajaran teacher center learning dinyatakan cukup.Dari hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif penggunaan model pembelajaran Integratif terhadap kemampuan menulis teks anekdot pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Pandeglang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at PT Scorex Teknologi Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 70 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as the sample. The results show that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The regression coefficient obtained is 0.741, with a t-value of 7.999, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.995, and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Additionally, work stress (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in a partial manner, with a regression coefficient of 0.345. The t-value of 3.694 is greater than the t-table value of 1.996, and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both organizational culture and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-value of 38.263 is greater than the F-table value of 3.13, with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.533 indicates that 53.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and work stress, while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other factors not studied. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that both organizational culture and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both individually and together, at PT Scorex Teknologi Indonesia

Abstract

National Defense Policy plays an important role in maintaining the sovereignty and security of a country, including in the preparation of national defense reserve components. This article discusses the importance of reserve components in facing threats from both within and outside the country. National defense reserve components include various elements, ranging from military personnel, equipment, to defense infrastructure that is ready to be mobilized in emergency situations or large-scale conflicts. This study uses qualitative methods and documentary data collection techniques to analyze the needs and strategies for developing reserve components. Various considerations, such as population size, security conditions, defense strategies, resources, and capacity development, are taken into account in determining the optimal number and needs of reserve components. In addition, the role and function of reserve components in various aspects of national defense activities, as well as follow-up plans for development and training to improve the readiness of reserve components in supporting national security

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and challenges in the implementation of the technical functions of the Ministry of Defense in the regions, as well as its contribution to a strong national defense system. In the context of Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense, this study highlights the importance of synergy between the central and regional governments in managing national defense. Through the literature study method, this study examines various regulations, the role of regional governments, the involvement of TNI units, and the use of technology in supporting regional defense strategies. The results of the study indicate that although there are supportive policies, there are still significant challenges in implementation in the field, including less than optimal coordination between the center and regions, and limited facilities and infrastructure. This study concludes that the integration of formulating regional defense strategies in collaboration between Ministry of Defense, TNI and regional governments is very important to realize a strong, adaptive and resilient national defense system in facing various threats.

Abstract

A recurring challenge in implementing the Community Service Program (KKN) lies in students’ limited ability to understand the socio-cultural dynamics of local communities. As a result, activities often become technical and disconnected from the actual needs and values of the people. This study seeks to address that challenge by applying a participatory ethnographic approach to document and reflect on the involvement of Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare students in community activities in Buntu Barana Village, Bungin Subdistrict, Enrekang Regency, particularly during the celebration of Indonesia’s 76th Independence Day. The students did not merely serve as facilitators but became active community members, engaging in planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. Through this engagement, it was revealed that the Independence Day celebration in the village was not just a symbolic event, but a platform for expressing solidarity, preserving the value of cooperation (gotong royong), and strengthening collective identity. The resulting ethnographic narrative illustrates a transformative learning experience for the students in understanding village life and national values from a grassroots perspective. This study highlights the importance of integrating ethnographic approaches in KKN to enable students to make more contextual, reflective, and meaningful contributions to community service practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru pengampu dalam melaksanakan latihan ekstrakurikuler bulu tangkis bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Jepara. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kompleksitas kebutuhan siswa berkebutuhan khusus, khususnya dalam hal hambatan sensoris dan hambatan intelektual yang menuntut pendekatan yang adaptif dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pengampu ekstrakurikuler bulu tangkis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain perbedaan karakteristik siswa yang memerlukan strategi latihan berbeda, keterbatasan fasilitas latihan, serta minimnya pelatihan khusus bagi guru dalam merancang program olahraga adaptif. Meskipun demikian, guru mampu menyesuaikan pendekatan melalui penggunaan bahasa isyarat, demonstrasi visual, serta pemberian instruksi bertahap dan pujian sebagai bentuk penguatan positif. Selain itu, dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan lingkungan sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam keberlangsungan pelaksanaan latihan ekstrakurikuler ini. Keseluruhan temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler bulu tangkis di SLB Negeri Jepara dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila strategi pelaksanaan latihan ekstrakurikuler bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan didukung oleh lingkungan yang kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perencanaan dan penjadwalan pembangunan rumah kos di Desa Junti, Kecamatan Jawilan, Kabupaten Serang dengan penerapan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) serta Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Dasar dari penelitian ini merupakan pentingnya pengelolaan waktu dan biaya dalam proyek konstruksi, untuk menjamin bahwa pelaksanaan proyek berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan metode CPM dan PERT dalam mengidentifikasi jalur kritis,memperkirakan durasi penyelesaian proyek, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penjadwalan. Pendekatan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi di lokasi proyek, wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang berhubungan, serta analisis dokumentasi yang mencakup jadwal kegiatan dan rencana anggaran biaya. Analisis CPM dilakukan untuk menemukan jalur kritis serta durasi minimum untuk proyek, sedangkan PERT digunakan untuk memperkirakan waktu penyelesaian proyek dengan memperhitungkan ketidakpastian dalam durasi setiap kegiatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa durasi proyek berdasarkan perencanaan awal adalah 97 hari dengan semua aktivitas berada pada jalur kritis. Melalui analisis percepatan, waktu proyek bisa dipersingkat menjadi 71 hari yang berarti penghematan waktu sebesar 26 hari serta pengurangan biaya tenaga kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode CPM dan PERT sangat berguna sebagai alat untuk perencanaan, pengendalian waktu, dan efisiensi biaya pada proyek pembangunan rumah kos berskala menengah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and improvement of students' social skills through the application of the Talking Stick cooperative learning model. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 15 fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 003 Muara Uwai in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through observations of teacher activities, student activities, and social skills, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study showed a gradual increase in students' social skills. In the initial conditions, the average social skills were only 57.38 with a very poor category and 20% completeness. After the implementation of Talking Stick, the results of the first cycle meeting I increased to 65.07 with a poor category, and the first cycle meeting II to 73.87 with a sufficient category. In the second cycle meeting I the average value reached 79.80 with a sufficient category, while in the second cycle meeting II it increased to 85.87 with a good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Talking Stick learning model can significantly improve the social skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 003 Muara Uwai, from very poor to good.
