This study aims to develop a basic manipulative movement game model for Junior High School (SMP) students. This model is designed to improve students' basic motor skills through fun and interactive activities, involving movements such as overhead throws, underhand, hand dribbling, and kicking. This study uses a development method with a research and development (R&D) model with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) and the instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The results of the expert validity test use the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Expert validation instruments are carried out by physical education experts, movement enrichment experts, and learning media experts. based on the CVR results above with an average value of 0.2, the GF Overhead Throwing model is declared Valid. The results of this study conclude that the developed basic manipulative movement game model can improve the motor skills of junior high school students.
