User satisfaction is an important indicator for evaluating the success of e-commerce applications because it is closely related to user experience and continued application usage. This study aims to analyze the effects of software quality based on ISO/IEC 25010 and the User Experience (UX) Framework on user experience, satisfaction, and continuance intention toward the Shopee application, as well as to examine the relationships among the research variables using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This quantitative study employed a survey involving 155 Shopee users in Central Lombok Regency. The research instrument consisted of 11 variables and 55 indicators measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 through outer model evaluation, inner model evaluation, and hypothesis testing using 5,000-times bootstrapping. The outer model evaluation indicated that all indicators met convergent validity and reliability requirements, while discriminant validity was established based on the Fornell-Larcker criterion and Heterotrait-Monotrait ratio. The R² values indicated that the model explained 79.3% of user satisfaction and 70.8% of continuance intention. Of the 14 tested relationships, 8 hypotheses were supported and 6 were rejected. The strongest relationship was found between Satisfaction and Continuance Intention, with a path coefficient of 0.545 and a p-value of 0.006. These findings indicate that user satisfaction is a key factor influencing users' intention to continue using the Shopee application.
