<![CDATA[Human Relation is an important subject in managing the institution, in order to achieve the goals of the institution. Communication, cooperation, and productivity, is the core that must have human relations in an institution. In this study the method used was literature study. The literature reviewed in this article was obtained from several scientific articles in national journals, international journals and several books related to the Topic of Public Relations Management which focuses on Human Relations in an Islamic perspective. The results of this study are that there is an order to always improve relations if there is a bad relationship between people, then there is a principle to establish brotherly relations in shared life and always try to reconcile people who have disagreements.]]>
