This study aims to examine the management of inclusive learning environments through the integration of technology adaptation and religious moderation in the digital era. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method based on recent scientific literature. The findings indicate that inclusive learning emphasizes equal access and participation without discrimination, strengthened through the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework. Technology adaptation through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, blended learning, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT enhances flexibility and personalized learning. Meanwhile, religious moderation plays a crucial role in fostering tolerance and preventing extremism. This study proposes the IAT-MR conceptual model as an integrative framework for managing learning environments. However, its implementation faces challenges such as the digital divide and limited teacher competence, highlighting the need for policy support and capacity building for educators
