This study examines the Quality Assurance (QA) Model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning products through a library research approach. The development of knowledge and globalization in the 21st century demands educational institutions to produce generations that are not only academically literate but also possess strong spiritual and moral character. In PAI, quality assurance encompasses spiritual, intellectual, moral, and social dimensions aligned with the goal of forming insan kamil. This study aims to: (1) describe QA concepts and models in PAI learning; (2) describe quality standards of PAI learning products and their implementation; and (3) analyze challenges and solutions in applying QA. Results show that QA implementation involves SPMI through TQM, SNP, and SBQI, and SPME through ISO standards and BAN-S/M accreditation, using a continuous PDCA cycle. Solutions include continuous teacher development and integration of PDCA with Islamic principles through the Adaptive Quality Cycle (AQC) framework.
