The educational process is shaped by complex interactions among various learning factors. This research investigated the various factors affecting the learning and analyzes the reciprocal interactions between internal and external elements through a comprehensive review of the literature, synthesizing relevant academic textbooks, scholarly articles, and empirical studies. The analysis reveals that internal variables encompass physical health and psychological attributes—such as innate aptitude, intelligence, motivation, personal interests, attitudes, and emotional well-being—while external variables comprise the family, educational institutions, and the social environment. These findings indicate that neither dimension operates in isolation; rather, they interact dynamically to determine student achievement. Consequently, maximizing academic success requires a dual strategy that simultaneously fosters students' intrinsic capabilities and creating a learning environment that is conducive for every student.
