This study aims to analyze the utilization of the Ar-Rahman Mosque in North Bogor District as a learning center for Islamic Religious Education (PAI), identify organized religious programs, and map the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method, primary data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with mosque administrators, teachers, and congregants, as well as documentation. The results indicate that the Ar-Rahman Mosque has been significantly functionalized as a non-formal PAI learning center through two main programs: the Al-Qur'an Education Center (TPQ) for children and the "Manasik Hati" Majelis Taklim for mothers. These programs successfully integrated cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in shaping the religious character and religious literacy of the community. However, optimizing the mosque's role still faces several challenges, such as the lack of active participation from some community members due to busy schedules, limited execution time that conflicts with prayer schedules, and competing interests among children between studying at TPQ and playing activities. Innovative program diversification and enhanced dissemination strategies utilizing information media are highly recommended for mosque administrators to expand the reach of community education.
