This paper explores the labor rights of athletes in Indonesia, focusing on issues such as wage disputes, lack of job security, and the absence of proper health and safety protocols. By analyzing the legal protections available to Indonesian athletes, the study evaluates how labor laws address or fail to address these concerns. Through interviews with athletes, legal experts, and sports administrators, the paper provides a comprehensive look at the state of labor justice in Indonesian professional sports and suggests reforms needed to protect the rights of athletes while promoting fairness and transparency in the industry.]]>
