Financial administration and the utilization of digital payment systems remain significant challenges for many Micro Smal and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Mama Gibran Emping MSME in Kebumen Regency. This community service program aimed to assist the business owner in implementing simple financial record-keeping and the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to improve financial management and support digital transactions. The program was conducted from April to May 2026 through observation, discussions, practical training in financial record-keeping, QRIS implementation assistance, and evaluation. The results showed positive improvements in the partner’s business management. The business owner became able to record financial transactions systematically and prepare a simple income statement to monitor the business’s financial performance. In addition, the successful implementation of QRIS offers customers a convenient non-cash payment alternative while encouraging the adoption of digital payment technology. These activities contributed to improving financial management skills and strengthening the digital transformation of the MSME. Continuous bookkeeping practices and consistent QRIS utilization are expected to support sustainable business development and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
