Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are often seen as a backbone of the local economy, yet many small business owners still haven’t adopted digital payment tools or build any kind of online presence. This community service project set out help MSME owners in the Region of Yogyakarta area register for QRIS, Indonesia’s standard QR-based cashless payment system, and their businesses listed on Google Maps so potential costumers could find theim more easily. The work was carried out in three stages: socialization, hands-on training, and direct mentoring. Two businesses took part, Duck Joglo Stalls Bu Yanti in Sedayu, Bantul, and Corner Fried Corner Bu Sriyani in Gamping, Sleman. By the end of the program, both owners had an active QRIS account ready to use and a bussines profile live on Google Maps. They also reported a clearer understanding of why going digital matters and how cashless payments could help their bussines. Overall, direct, hands-on mentoring turned out to be a genuinely effective way to push these micro-enterprises toward modernization.
