Household organic waste accumulation remains a practical environmental problem in Jayamekar Village, Padalarang District, because waste collection only occurs once a week and may be delayed when the collection vehicle is unavailable. This community service program aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of housewives in processing household organic waste into compost through the use of molasses and EM4 as simple bioactivators. The activity used counseling, demonstration, guided practice, and direct observation involving 15 housewives. The training introduced waste sorting, organic waste chopping, preparation of a bioactivator solution with molasses and EM4 in a 1:1 ratio, each one bottle cap dissolved in 500 ml of water, and application of the solution to chopped organic waste in a closed composter. The results showed that participants could explain and practice the main steps of bioactivator preparation and application. The program offers a practical household-level strategy to reduce organic waste accumulation, odor, and local sanitation problems.
