<![CDATA[Bullying in elementary schools often goes unnoticed, particularly at the beginning of the school year when new students adapt to the school environment. This community service program aimed to support the implementation of a child-friendly School Environment Orientation Program (MPLS) and strengthen early bullying prevention. The activity was conducted on 15 July 2025 at an elementary school in West Bandung Regency and involved 58 new students and six teachers, consisting of one principal and five classroom teachers. The program used a participatory and narrative approach through simple case-based storytelling, interactive discussion, teacher guidance on initial responses to suspected bullying, and joint reflection. Evaluation was conducted descriptively through direct observation of participants’ attention, verbal responses, questions, and involvement. Students actively responded to the cases and shared relevant experiences, while teachers showed strong interest in supportive and nonjudgmental handling. The activity indicates that case-based storytelling can help students understand bullying and encourage teachers to prioritize protection, communication, and recovery for victims, perpetrators, and witnesses. Continued school-based follow-up is needed after the MPLS period.]]>
