This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the understanding and skills of students at Harapan Bersama Vocational School majoring in Hospitality in terms of ethics and grooming as preparation for Field Work Practices (PKL). The problem identified is the lack of student awareness of the importance of a professional attitude, appearance that meets industry standards, and ethics in service. This activity is carried out through an educational and participatory approach involving the delivery of theoretical material, direct practice, interactive discussions, as well as pretest and posttest evaluations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding, with an average pretest score of 61.25 increasing to 86.40 on the posttest. Apart from that, 100% of participants stated that this training was useful and satisfying. This activity has a positive impact in shaping students' mental readiness, professional attitudes and communication skills to face the world of work in the hotel industry.
