Digital transformation is now a strategic necessity for educational institutions, particularly in supporting the implementation of the 2025 Curriculum, which emphasizes data management, collaboration, and technology utilization. However, many schools, including At-Tin Islamic Kindergarten, still face obstacles such as low digital competency among educators and reliance on manual administration systems, which hinder work efficiency and readiness for the new curriculum. This community service activity aims to improve educators' digital competency through Google Workspace training as a foundation for school digital transformation. The training was conducted offline using a hands-on workshop approach, including feature demonstrations, independent practice, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation used pretests and posttests on 26 skill indicators and qualitative reflections to assess participants' experiences. The results showed significant improvements in mastery of Google Drive, Docs, Forms, Calendar, and Meet features, which impacted participants' abilities in managing digital documents, real-time collaboration, and cloud-based administrative arrangements. In addition to technical improvements, the training also brought positive changes to the school's work culture, such as improved archiving efficiency, more structured use of shared folders, and more intensive collaboration between teachers. This program contributed to the establishment of the school's knowledge management system and can serve as a model for accelerating digitalization for other schools.
