Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a global health issue with increasing prevalence, including in the Simpang 4 Nyong Health Center area where 65% of patients have unstable HbA1c levels. Lack of knowledge and physical activity practices are major barriers to blood sugar management. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of DM patients regarding safe and effective physical activity. The methods used included interactive education, diabetes gymnastic demonstrations, and simple resistance exercise practices for 45 participants. The results showed a 69.6% increase in knowledge, from an average pre-test score of 48.5 to 82.3 on the post-test. Additionally, a routine diabetes exercise group was formed to ensure program sustainability. The conclusion of this activity is that comprehensive education effectively increases patient understanding and motivation in managing blood sugar stability through physical activity. Comprehensive education has been proven effective in strengthening better blood sugar management, which can ultimately improve the quality of life of DM patients.
