Social forestry requires planning documents in the form of a Group Management Plan (RPKS) and an Annual Management Plan (RPKT) as the basis for sustainable forest governance. The Sahata Farmers' Group (Gapoktan Sahata) in Aek Nagali Village faces limited understanding in developing these documents. This community service activity aims to increase member capacity through outreach and mentoring. The methods used were interactive lectures, group discussions, and document preparation simulations. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests. Results showed an increase in member understanding from 45% to 85%, and the formation of initial drafts of the RPKS and RPKT. This activity strengthened the Gapoktan institution and became a model for community service that can be replicated.
