<![CDATA[The application of mudharabah contracts in the livestock sector is a cooperation contract between livestock owners (shohibul maal) and livestock keepers (mudharib). This agreement is done verbally and the distribution of the results has several patterns according to the agreement between the two parties. The purpose of this study is to analyze the profit-sharing pattern carried out by the community in Ketah Village, Situbondo Regency in the field of livestock (cattle). This research is a type of qualitative research in the form of field research. Data sources are taken through interviews with cow owners and cattle breeders who do mudharabah profit sharing contracts and use literature studies in the form of books and journals as research support. The results of the study found that there are six profit-sharing patterns used in the practice of cooperation in cattle farming in Ketah Village. One of the profit-sharing patterns that is not in accordance with the mudharabah principle is the rotating profit-sharing system because there is uncertainty in the distribution of results between the mudharib and shohibul maal. Implementing the “porak semangkah” profit-sharing system is a solution that can be implemented by the Ketah community in implementing mudharabah contracts on cattle. Risk sharing of losses in the implementation of the mudharabah contract shows compliance with sharia principles, where capital losses are fully borne by the shohibul maal, while losses of time and energy are borne by the mudharib.]]>
