<![CDATA[The results of research regarding community participation in building infrastructure in Medan City, however, the depth of participation of Medan City residents in infrastructure, cleanliness and flooding problems in Medan, then the level of participation is low and information is slow. Thus, one of the problems in community participation is the relatively low level of participation in the process of expanding and developing infrastructure in Medan City. This research uses a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of community participation in building infrastructure in the city of Medan. Therefore, community participation in the process of exploration, development and maintenance of infrastructure has become an increasingly important issue in the context of urban development. This project has the potential to increase productivity, persistence, and accountability in infrastructure development. Communities can participate in a number of ways, from public consultations to silent participation in infrastructure projects.]]>
