<![CDATA[The uninterrupted flow of breast milk during the postpartum period is essential for successful breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding. Maternal psychological factors, such as worry, stress, and low self-confidence, may interfere with the milk ejection reflex by reducing oxytocin release. Hypnobreastfeeding is a non-pharmacological approach that uses relaxation, positive affirmations, guided visualization, and light hypnosis to support the lactation process. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding in improving breast milk flow among postpartum women in the working area of Poigar Primary Health Center. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. Conducted from March to May 2026, the study involved 20 postpartum women selected through total sampling. Breast milk flow was assessed using an observation checklist before and after the hypnobreastfeeding intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test with SPSS at a 95% confidence level. Results: The mean breast milk flow score increased from 5.30 ± 1.12 before the intervention to 8.55 ± 0.94 after the intervention, with a mean increase of 3.25 points. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test showed a statistically significant improvement in breast milk flow (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Hypnobreastfeeding effectively improved breast milk flow among postpartum women. This technique may serve as a safe and effective complementary approach in midwifery care to support successful breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding through primary healthcare services.]]>
