<![CDATA[Background: Anemia in pregnant women remains a common health problem in Indonesia and can increase the risk of complications for both the mother and the fetus. One way to prevent anemia in pregnant women is through the provision of Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS). Compliance with MMS consumption significantly influences hemoglobin levels during pregnancy. Poor adherence to MMS consumption can lead to a persistently high risk of anemia, therefore, research is needed to examine the relationship between MMS consumption compliance and anemia status in pregnant women. Method: This study employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 30 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments used were a questionnaire on adherence to MMS consumption and an observation sheet on anemia status of pregnant women based on hemoglobin examination. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with SPSS software. Results: Most respondents were compliant with consuming MMS (18 respondents (60.0%). Respondents who did not experience anemia were 19 respondents (63.3%). The Chi-Square test results showed a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05), which means there is a significant relationship between compliance with consuming MMS and anemia status in pregnant women in the working area of the UPTD Popayato Barat Community Health Center. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between compliance with MMS consumption and anemia status in pregnant women in the working area of the West Popayato Community Health Center UPTD.]]>
