Background: Anemia in pregnant women remains a common health problem in Indonesia and can increase the risk of pregnancy and childbirth complications. Iron and micronutrient deficiencies during pregnancy are the main causes of anemia in pregnant women. One way to reduce the incidence of anemia is through nutrition education and regular micronutrient supplementation. Good education can increase pregnant women's knowledge about the importance of nutritious food and adherence to iron supplementation, thus helping prevent anemia during pregnancy. Method: This study employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 30 pregnant women was selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments used were a questionnaire and an observation sheet for pregnant women's hemoglobin levels. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test using SPSS. Results: Most respondents received nutrition education and micronutrient supplementation, with 18 respondents (60.0%) receiving good nutrition education and micronutrient supplementation. Nineteen respondents (63.3%) did not experience anemia. The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.003 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of nutrition education and micronutrient supplementation on reducing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Popayato Barat Community Health Center (UPTD) area. Conclusion: There is a significant influence of nutritional education and micronutrient supplementation on reducing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Popayato Barat Community Health Center UPTD area.
