<![CDATA[Oil palm is one of Indonesia's leading plantation commodities that plays an important role in supporting the national economy and providing employment opportunities. Improving the competence of students in oil palm cultivation is essential to prepare skilled human resources capable of meeting the needs of the plantation industry. This community service program aimed to enhance students' knowledge and practical skills through training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) at PTPN IV Regional I Air Batu Estate. The program was implemented using lectures, field demonstrations, interactive discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of oil palm cultivation practices, including nursery management, fertilization, weed management, integrated pest and disease control, harvesting techniques, and occupational safety. The average score increased from 61.5 to 86.7, representing a gain of 25.2 percentage points after the training. Students also demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the program. This activity successfully strengthened students' technical competencies and practical experience, preparing them for future careers in the oil palm plantation sector.]]>
