<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of interpersonal intelligence in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and its contribution to improving students’ learning outcomes and classroom interaction. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 165 Ujung Batu with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that interpersonal intelligence plays a crucial role in shaping students’ ability to communicate, cooperate, and engage actively during the learning process. Teachers applied several strategies, including group discussions, collaborative tasks, and peer interaction activities, which effectively enhanced students’ social skills and motivation. The study also shows that students with high interpersonal intelligence tend to participate more actively and demonstrate better learning attitudes. Overall, integrating interpersonal intelligence into PAI learning fosters a more interactive, student-centered environment and contributes positively to the development of students’ social and academic competencies.]]>
