This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational leadership and communication on employee performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable in CV. ESBEMART. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study is all CV employees. ESBEMART as many as 100 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that organizational leadership and communication do not have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, while organizational communication does not have a significant effect on organizational culture. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational culture is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance, but it is unable to mediate the influence of organizational communication on employee performance. Thus, organizational culture has an important role in improving employee performance on CVs. ESBEMART.
