Islam is a perfect and comprehensive religion that never neglects any aspect of human life and needs. Islam does not allow imbalance for its followers, such as looking at one aspect and ignoring other aspects. In addition to prioritizing balance, Islam also emphasizes the importance of women in maintaining their dignity, especially in terms of covering the aurat. This is because Islam teaches how Muslim women should dress modestly and appropriately. The writing of this article aims to find out the law of gymnastics with non-mahrams. Qualitative and descriptive qualitative approaches are the methods used. Data collection was carried out by searching on the internet and observation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data grouping and conclusion drawing. Clothes is an object whose function is to cover the body. The function of clothes itself, namely covering the aurat, and appropriate means adequate and in accordance with the ability of the wearer. The impact of gymnastics can make the body ideal and maintain weight. If the purpose of gymnastics is for health then it is okay, but if there is an element of intent to see sexual things then it is haram.
