This research aims to evaluate Jastip practices in the context of sharia economics, identifying challenges such as the potential for usury, opaqueness in transactions, and elements of gambling, as well as highlighting potential positive implications, including increased economic inclusion, in an era of technological progress and digital transformation, Jastip practices (Jasa Titip ) is becoming a common phenomenon in the digital economy. The research method uses library research studies. Through in-depth data and reference analysis, this research reveals that Jastip practices can provide significant benefits in increasing consumer access to goods and services. However, to ensure conformity with sharia economic principles, the importance of appropriate regulations, transparency in Jastip practices, as well as public education and awareness efforts to understand sharia economic values. With this approach, Jastip practices can become an instrument that supports fairer and more sustainable economic inclusion in accordance with sharia economic principles.
