<![CDATA[The disruption of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) services in Aceh since Monday, May 10 2023, has had a serious impact on the regional economy. The people of Aceh as BSI customers experience discomfort because they cannot carry out transactions smoothly, hampering economic activity. The existence of BSI as the main bank in Aceh is important for the community's economic activities, prompting demands for the Aceh Government to evaluate the LKS Qanun and look for alternative transactions. Management based on Islam is the key to resolving sharia banking problems in Aceh. The principles of transparency, compliance with sharia, respect for the rights of workers and customers, as well as positive contributions to economic growth are important aspects in sharia bank management. Sharia banks can become financial institutions that have integrity, are sustainable, and contribute to the welfare of the people of Aceh and Indonesia. The problem of disruption to BSI services is putting pressure on the Aceh Government to evaluate and improve the sharia banking system. Evaluation must include compatibility between conventional and sharia banks, understanding community views, and involvement of various parties in decision making.]]>
