This research delves into the pivotal role of Islamic banking in empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through business capital financing within the Islamic economy framework. Employing qualitative methodology, the study analyzes data from relevant literature through library research to comprehend Islamic Banking's role in supporting MSMEs. In the context of MSME development, banking, particularly Islamic Banking, becomes crucial. Islamic Banking aligns with Islamic economic principles, prohibiting usury and basing income on profit-sharing, offering a suitable alternative for value-driven MSMEs. This article discusses Islamic Banking's significant role in providing Sharia-compliant financing products, including mudarabah (profit-sharing) and murabahah (buying and selling with markup) schemes. It also addresses challenges to maximize Islamic Banking's support for MSME growth. In conclusion, Islamic Banking stands as a potent catalyst for MSME growth in the Islamic economy, demanding continuous efforts to ensure optimal outcomes.
